"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"We stayed in the 2br/2ba room. Rough drywall patches throughout some of the rooms with bent towel racks, towel holders that had been pulled out of the wall and reassured without sanding or paint. Felt like the tenants had just been evicted. Worst couch I’ve sat on in an apartment. You sunk to the couch frame. Check-in code was wrong and couldn’t get in for 25 minutes and not a single apology. Email did t resolve and that don’t answer messages on their DM board."

"This property is very convenient to concerts at TD at the Mann center. The space was comfortable, and quiet, but it would be a plus if coffee was available for the morning . If you are going to visit the zoo or concert venue, I highly recommend the close proximity. 4 stars ⭐️"

"The check in process was easy, I had email trouble and called the property and they helped me out immediately. The AC was nice and cold and the room was perfect with a great walkable location to historic sites and our concert venue at Union Transfer. Great stay!"
