"Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here."

"At check in the host was extremely rude to my 18 year old daughter because she was a uni student. Due to this experience and clear discrimination against her I would not recommend this place. "

"Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning. Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level "
