"The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Breakfast was very good. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"I think the room we stayed was below the house where the owners of the accommodation live. The room and shared space look good and the shower was enjoyable. There's no parking available on the driveway, parking is further down the hill on the street."

"Super cute boutique hotel in a great location. Unit had everything we needed. It was very clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. Kitchen facility was great, we needed help with stove top and the host came immediate and helped us resolve the issue. It wasn't really an issue as much as just had to be reset. Upon check in the host gave us multiple suggestion for things to take in and do, all were exceptional. Top notch all the way!!! Would definitely stay again if in the area or recommend...

"Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here."

"We had a great stay at Aria on Bank! The whole place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were warm with the heating on before we arrived. Great water pressure in the shower and enough crockery and cutlery for our needs in the kitchen. In the reviews we read, there was mention of the parking not being easy, we had the front upstairs rooms and parking for that unit was easy. "Great location, easy walk to city centre, botanic gardens and university. Large rooms, good kitchen facilities for breakfast and heating meals up, big bathroom. It is an older building, so some things are not perfect but it is clean, comfortable and warm. We will definitely stay again."
