"The area is beautiful!! The staff is beyond fantastic!!! I have never stayed anywhere that was even close to the service here!!! The room is beautiful!!! There is a babbling brook outside the window and a view of the river. Saw a rowing team row by and ducks enjoying the brook. The bed was so comfortable we asked the brand and plan to acquire one! The breakfast is over the top delicious!!! They truly exceeded our expectations!!! We highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful experience!!!!"

Clams had so much grit it was clear they weren't soaked/cleaned, and we didn't eat the bulk of them. They were not comped. Eat elsewhere. Bring change for the valet and your maids. It would seem no one on the main floors have change for tips. Front desk sent me down to the valet to get change. They had enough to break a $20 but... I...

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"This property was very nice. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! Breakfast is great, but they did not provide water at breakfast (during a major heatwave) only juice, milk, coffee which was interesting. The floor in my room kitchen was clean but extremely slippery, my son and I slipped several times but ultimately just tried to avoid the slippery kitchen floor. Overall would definitely stay again."
