We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. "No where to hang my clothes, no iron, dirty surfaces. No hot water at all. Inquired about it and was advised to run the sink AND the shower at the same time for atleast 10min. Still no hot water. Was then moved to another room at 11pm. Still dirty surfaces and tub. Holes in the walls and in the bathtub. Not worth the money at all. The outlet didnt work on the wall and there is no outlet near the nightstands. Super dark in the rooms. Not nearly enough light at all. Only tiny sconce lights on...

"It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. "Horrrrrrible. Everything about this ‘hotel’ was horrible. Everything was beyond poor. The bed, cleanliness, amenities, friendliness, no water kettle which is a basic thing and they don’t even sell hot water at the front desk. Bad smell, even in the non-smoking rooms you can smell the cigarettes and joint. As if you’re a smoker yourself. OMG… I will neverrrr go back again and I would NOT recommend anybody staying at this poor and cheap hotel! The ONLY positive thing is that it is WELL located!"
