"We just love staying at Les Cactus. We have been several times and I feel like it’s a hidden gem in the boutique hotel sector. First off, the property is adorable and feels like you stepped back in time and walked into a Three’s Company episode with modern amenities. The staff is INCREDIBLE. "Had high expectations but was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Wanted to check in at 4:00pm but room wasn’t ready until 4:20. The robes were dirty and had to be replaced. There was no shampoo and not trash can liners except a large garbage bag. Given there are only 7 rooms at the hotel, so as mentioned thought they’d be more attentive. Also found out they do not offer any food or drinks. Best part was the pool and the hotel was quiet. "

"The pictures on Expedia do not portray the establishment like it is. The blinds in the room did not work properly, wouldn’t close or cover the window properly. The wand to turn the blinds came off. There was a gap under the door. It may have been good in its day with the pink, teal, flamingos but it needs an upgrade. The only thing good in the room was the shower. Won’t be returning!!"
