"The room was clean, the staff is nice and the breakfast is the same food everyday at least they need to have two different food not only one food everyday so the management should work on it, and the parking lots were also clean "

"We did not have a hot tub. The hotel office was under reconstruction, was not clear on where to go to check in. I reached the make-shift receptionist area and the lady at the front desk was not very polite or welcoming. I felt like I was a burden for being in her presence. I smiled and she just looked past me. The parking was impossible as I had to let the front desk know that I parked in one of the charging stations, as the garage was full(I do not own a EV), and I paid to park every night of my stay. We come to the Promenade every year for our anniversary; however, after this last stay, I think we will be looking for another hotel."

"Everything about the property, the staff, and the amenities are first class. A great location with unlimited views of the water from the lounges and dinning spaces. Breakfast was a complete hot and cold meal and I can still taste the fresh cinnamon buns!"
