Strongly recommend to stay. Easy driving to the ocean side and restaurants area. But it is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood area. Friendly hoster. Clean and comfortable space.

Lovely little place!

It was a lovely little room for me and my partner! We had a lovely time together and this little B&B is very cute and very affordable, which is great on such short notice!

Very comfortable bed but had 2 fitted sheets instead of one fitted and one flat. Was ok but different keeping covered. Minor. No A/C but a very effective fan. Bathroom needed more soap and they should change yea to we is everyday. Seemed like very nice people running it. I’d come back

Not having stayed at a BNB with strangers before, this was different. The back stairs to my room were challenging with a suitcase (narrow and no handrails). The sounds, noise and smells were very distracting and unwelcomed. I suppose that’s to be expected when you share with a family. The room itself was comfortable.

My Mar 2, 2024 Stay

My stay was for only one night, as I was driving to Seattle the following day. A very nice home with very welcoming hosts. The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. The residential area is very quiet. The price was also great. Parking was no problem on the driveway.

The property itself is very beautiful and clean. I'm very much impressed when we were led to the upstairs and saw hiw simple but neat it was. One tiny problem was their guests whose room we were to occupy haven't left yet by the time of our check in. But the hostess let us use the other room while waiting so everything was good.

Rooms are small. The extra bed mattress isn't comfortable. House is clean. No outside footwear allowed inside. They have kitchen to cook. The backyard is pretty. The garden is well maintained.

As others mentioned before, the page says AC but there is none. The rooms are fine. The stairs to get up to them is rather tight and there is no railing. It's two rooms in a family house.

I've booked the wrong month but the owner was able to provide a room without any additional charges. That was a welcome relief as I was already traveling. The B&B was located in a well to do neighborhood where we felt safe without worries that someone would break into our car and allowing us to sleep worry free. The guest were generally well to do people and picked up after themselves. The B&B would be like not taking a vacation as the amenities are similar to our own home.

The host was prompt in communication and everything I needed was available at the property. He gave me a room away from the other tenants and one of the family bathrooms, which was nice and clean- much appreciated. Upon arriving, I noticed that the bedding was not very clean, but upon informing the host, he replaced all the bedding with a clean one. I needed to take a quick nap before going to my evening activities and found that the place was quite noisy during the afternoon with voices, footsteps, loud doors. I did however have a very comfortable, quiet, and good night’s sleep! The host gave me keys so it was nice to be able to come and go whenever without needing someone to unlock the door.

The host was very helpful. For my November 24-26 stay, I was moved to a larger room. Very enjoyable and clean. The only drawback was receiving an incoming call from a friend around 8:30 am one morning (even though it was outside of the no-noise period between 1 pm and 8:00 am). I was speaking at a normal volume, but the sound in my room carries too much. The neighbour asked me politely to stop, so I did and I had to walk outside to continue with my phone call. Amenities about a five minute drive away. Very quiet area, plenty of vehicle parking in the driveway. Crescent Beach is about a 5-10 minute drive, so this location is additionally great in the spring/summer.

This was for a one-night stay (November 23). Comfortable bed, great temperature. The occupants next to me woke me up at 2:30 am (occupying the kitchen outside, and could hear their loud conversations within their room throughout the entire early morning). I informed the host, who mentioned he informed them of this. Because I am scheduled to stay an additional three days, he relocated me to another room, so he solved this issue for me. The bathroom needs some minor maintenance work for the shower water shutoff, and the room's doorknob was loose (the host was aware of the loose door know, but will inform him of the shower). I would still recommend this location to others, based on the location (quiet residential neighborhood, amenities 5-10 minute drive away, and the host's service quality).
