"It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay."

"We arrived after a long train journey and a visit to the V&A. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Had a drink in the bar before we went to our room. "The room we were provided had a shower that did not drain. In a few minutes, the shower became flooded and overflowed into the bathroom. When we reported this problem to the staff, they were able to clean the floor and provide a fan but did not fix the drainage issue and did not provide us with a new room. The staff was very polite, apologetic and even offered us free breakfast, which was not originally included with our booking. However, having a shower that did not drain and not having that...

"Stylish rooms but lacking any drawers for clothes and very limited closet space, especially if you are staying for more than one or two nights. Also the bathroom was beautiful but needs some shelving and the shower door is flush with the floor so you cannot place a bathmat outside the shower, its as if the designer never used a shower. We had both a cosy and middle sized room , both of which were very luxurious, impeccably kept and comfortable.
