I called and not only did they gave it but offered to ship it. Once I received it I wanted to reimburse them and they didn't want to be reimbursed. That's just amazing"

"First time visiting Washington to attend a festival nearby. I was skeptical about the location but it blew my mind. The staff is very helpful and super friendly. The breakfast options are actually fresh and very tasty. The room we stayed in was clean and had good amenities; nice cooling AC, mini fridge, microwave, a TV with actual cable, and a nice decent size bathroom. The hotel also had a pool and a small gym that has the essentials you need for a quick workout. I would definitely recommend...

"The lake view was great and staff were so polite and friendly. Breakfast was very disappointing, scrambled eggs were watery, coffee was out asked for fresh pot, but they must have forgot cause we waited 30minutes and nothing. We were disappointed to hear they weren't doing the omelette station anymore. Wish there was a bench or something near the hot tub to put things on it's not very practical or sanitary to have to put towel and belongings on the floor. Also would be nice if there was more...

"I stayed here with two girlfriends for one night as we came out to see a show at the Gorge. Place was great, communication was friendly and helpful. They can hook you up with a driver to take you out to the Gorge which was much appreciated. We also ate in the restaurant which was quite good!"

"The house was in a great location/neighborhood. We had a group of 8, and this was perfect for everyone to have their own space, but the great room with the pool table was a fun space for the whole family to hang out. The house was fully stocked with toiletries, plenty of towels, and a fully stocked kitchen items. Made our stay much more comfortable. "
