We had reserved 2 rooms for 2 days but had to cancel one room for each day with Expedia and through Algotels. Expedia refunded one room. We had no issues with Quality Inn, the manager called us at home trying to help with the cancelation and ensure we had the same remaining room both nights. When we arrived we learned algotels canceled our whole reservation and Quality Inn staff and I were on the phone for about 2 hours being hung up on several times and finally they were able to get the money from algotels. The next morning I learned that wxpedia had also canceled both rooms and i was unable to reach a human to get their mistake fixed. I had to pay for my room again at their current cost. Management and staff at the hotel were very helpful. Quality Inn refunded the second room a week later. Expedia and algotels need to have a human available to speak with or that doesnt hang up on you.
