The room was clean but the en-suite was old and dated. The bed was very comfortable and a fan was provided to help cool the room. The staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was also of a good quality and tasty with a good selection. The bar was good, typical of a town centre hotel bar.

Bar air conditioning a bit light weight in 30C plus temperatures. Staff were extremely helpful with check in times allowing early access for wedding attire changing etc. Breakfast was good. Room was fine for the very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very small for a twin/2 people and nowhere to put suitcases. It was very very hot and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom nor did the window open. There was a fan in the room however! Nice breakfast and staff were lovely.

A very large dated hotel undergoing refurbishment whilst still functioning for business. Town centre location and busy. A good menu with quick service. The downside of our stay was the location of our bedroom immediately below the boiler system. The noise became unbearable when trying to sleep on a warm night. This was resolved by a lovely lady on night reception duty who relocated us to a much quieter and cooler room. Good breakfast selection with very fast service.

From the off, when the receptionist greeted us so warmly, we had a perfect stay. Wish we'd dined in, but hope to be back and do that another time. Breakfast and waiting staff were excellent.
