"Stayed in this hotel every time when visiting family in Beijing since 2019 (not 2021 to 2022). they have 2 bedrooms option which is excellent for my family, with friendly staffs and breakfast buffet, what else could i ask for more. strongly recommend this Holiday Inn for family trip. only thing is it a little far from city center. "A highly cost-effective choice near Communication University, the location is extremely convenient. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop across the street, and the subway station is also nearby. Commuting and running errands are both extremely convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and sleeping on the large bed is very comfortable. The room is also clean and hygienic. The staff was extraordinarily kind and accomodating of the language barrier."

"Very good 5 star hotel. Tasteful modern design and decor. Excellent buffet breakfast. Room was very nice, great shower and modern toilet. Reasonably well equipped fitness area and a nice 20m swimming pool. My only gripe would be that the pool is open 9-9 and you have to have a swimming cap. They should open the pool at least from 7am in my opinion. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"What made our experience exceptional was the excellent service received from all staff starting at the reception (especially from Ms. Fiona, Ms. Nancy and Mr. Scott), the dedicated bell boys and cleaning staff, and the friendly staff in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was of high quality and has an extensive assortment of food items. The executive appartment and the hotel in general are very clean. I truly highly recommend this hotel and we will most certainly stay at this hotel in the future."
