"My stay was great. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The female manager on the other hand was rude and dismissive when I brought up my service animal and how she could not charge a pet fee due to having a service animal. She brought up that Missouri does not count support animals as service animals ands when I informed her that while that may be true, support animals are protected under Federal Law as service animals and she could not charge me a pet fee, she was dismissive of me and told me not to worry about the charges. After checked out and left I saw that she did in fact go ahead and charge me for a pet and more than she even stated at first. When I called to discuss this with her she was "never at the hotel" and when I requested her bosses information I was told that she said she is not allowed to give out her District Managers information and I could email her. I refuse to speak with the site manager any longer as she has been super rude during this whole experience and refuses to help me. I feel very targeted by this manager."

"Overall good stay. Very helpful staff and casino was nice (minus the smoking part), cafe was nice, gym was okay, but needed updating and mirrors added in front of treadmills so you knew who was coming in behind you. Rooms were spacious, needed a little more attention to cleaning, but overall not a bad stay."

"The room was smaller than I am used to for suites but the amenities made up for it. Great breakfast options. I think this is the only hotel I have stayed at where the breakfast potatoes were perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth. They were not overly seasoned or hard and dry. Kids loved the fresh yogurt and toppings bar."

"No. The morning on our first night we were extremely dis-satisfied with the complementary breakfast. Both the sausage and the French toast were overdone to the extent that they could not be cut with a knife. They also did not have any caffeine-free coffee. Upon request they did brew some caffeine-free coffee and they did ask how long we would be staying and offered to brew some the remaining two mornings of our stay."

"Perfectly adequate hotel. Beds are average. Weight room is just cardio and one workout machine. "

"Ensure you read the fine print… this facility charges for parking $15 per day. This seems bizarre to me since it is remote. I understand charging people that park there for the airport shuttle but guests should be free!"

"This hotel is terrible. Pick something else. Expedia should remove this hotel. The room was dirty and the property accepts dogs, which bark. The breakfast consisted of only a coffee machine, packets of oatmeal and baggied muffins. Not even any juice. When I asked the front desk how that’s considered “breakfast” they said it’s grab-n-go. What a joke! Also, I asked where the ice machine was and they handed me a tray of ice cubes! You’ve got to be kidding!!!! Come on Expedia, represent better properties! "

"AC worked well. Staff were friendly. No complaints at all."

"Bed smelled like pee... Requested a room change and they did.. we forgot something in the mini fridge in the next day we asked to get access to the fridge and they let us in but you could easily see that it was just the beds made and nothing clean the room still stinked.. it shows that the cleaning staff doesn't care they just put the bed back together instead of trying to clean. We won't be staying there again"
