"I gave communication an average score because I was very disappointed that a week prior to check-in they sent me an email to say they were bumping us from our 1 bedroom apartment to a studio because of overbooking. I had booked it 8 months prior. After communications, we got our 1 bedroom apartment. It was disaapointing to have to have those communications. Once there, it was fantastic .. location brilliant, quiet, friendly staff - Mo and Iva on the desk were great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

"ヒースロー空港からピカデリー線で乗り換えなく３５分少々で移動でき、ロンドン各地への移動も便利なところです。有名なレストラン安価なレストラン・スーパー・コンビニもあり、便利に活用しました。また、市内中心部のホテルよりも広く利用しやすいホテルで、部屋もメンテナンスされておりきれいです。ただ、シャワーが日本国内で使用している形状と少々異なるので扱いにくいことがありました。欧米ではレインシャワーが多いようで、使い慣れると結構いいものです。また、ランドリーがあるのはいいですが、時間を調整すれば問題はないものの利用者が多いようで使えないことがありました。日本と違い、洗濯機と乾燥機は別々になっています。 "

"The apartment itself was lovely, ideal for our one-night stay. Parking and check-in was easy. Our only issue was when enquiring about parking (particularly disabled parking) before arriving, the emails I received back were very unhelpful and each time I asked more than one question in an email, I wouldn’t get an answer to each one which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was great and breakfast was lovely."
