"Our holiday started badly when the taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong Phoenicia Hotel - despite me handing him the confirmation clearly showing it... Luckily, the other one was only about 15-20 mins walk away... (It was about 40 degrees outside..) Upon arrival, it was all I had expected.. Reception staff were very nice & spoke very good English.. The room was very nice & the beds were very comfy.. I never really used the hotels facilities, but they looked very good... All that...

"Breakfast experience was bad especially with the guy who is supposedly baking bread?!?! made us wait for the bread, toast and croissants for 15 minutes! Besides that rude fellow the breakfast was somewhat ok too! Tomatoes and cucumbers (vegetables) need to be washed thouroughly!!! There was dirt, soil etc. on them!!!"
