"Very comfortable stay at The Concorde. Reception staff were friendly and Christina was great at responding to my queries. Breakfast was buffet style that you find in most hotels but the staff there were very diligent at ensuring that all was as it should be I would say that they were exceptional really. Was surprised to find a lot of dust under my bed when I dropped something I pickad up there.
