"A/C vent was very dusty. Only provided one towel for two guests and since we arrived in the middle of the night getting another was a hassle. Parking fee was outrageous- $77 per day."

"The property has multiple good shops and restaurants. Staff were polite, helpful and respectful. We stayed in the Tapas tower, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable while the rest of the furniture and room as a whole was definitely past its best before date. Housekeeping was attentive to detail and kept the room clean and changed towels and replaced the coffee supplies as required. The pools and lagoon were unsupervised and as facilities require attention. "

"Istayed at this hotel and was surprised by a mandatory resort fee of about 50$ per night that was not clearly disclosed during booking, the staff mentioned it at check-in , but it wasn't explained in a transparent way beforehand. While the hotel itself is fine ,this kind of hidden fee feels misleading and impacts the overall experience.i recommend future guests double-check all additional charges before booking."
