"This hotel is a beautiful building in a beautiful location, with its own picturesque gardens to relax in. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, and an exquisite selection of wines and Champagnes! The food in the restaurant was excellent and you were always welcome to spend time in the bar with a cocktail. My heaven😉!"

"We picked this hotel for its location and quirkiness and we were not disappointed. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was simple but well cooked and tasty. Our room was well appointed with everything we needed. Good access for those with walking difficulties We will definitely be back. Perfect location for A16 motorway. Only 1 mile from the junction but so peaceful."

"A lovely quaint property on the edge of the town centre. Handy for restaurants, although sadly being August, none of them were open so a Domino’s Pizza had to suffice. Large room. Comfy bed. Friendly welcome from a lovely host."

"This was a perfect pit stop hotel for us. We needed somewhere to stay en route to the south of France. It was perfect. The hotel restaurant was excellent. A lovely breakfast and amazing coffee."

"We received a warm welcome on arrival and served coffee. Our room was spotless as was the whole house. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Relaxing on the balcony overlooking the garden was an excellent way of relaxing after a long drive. Madam was the perfect hostess."
