"The hotel is the perfect location to explore krakow with direct access to the main square and their own restaurants straight out of the main entrance to the hotel. All the staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. The room was perfect with everything we needed. We will definitely be back three days isn’t enough. Paul & Dee"

"Great location to public transport and the old town center. We had a very large room, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very easy and quite a few choices. Coffee machine in the breakfast area was not the best, but otherwise a very nice hotel."

"Could not fault this hotel for cleanliness and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The only thing that was disappointing with our room was the shower rather small and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. The location was a 2 minute walk from the main market square and local shops and restaurants were close by."

"Easy check in and out. We could leave our luggage for the day at reception after checking out, which was helpful. Handy central location in the middle of Krackow. Decent breakfast with a good mix of cooked and continental. Also a good restaurant adjacent with discount for hotel residents. The room was basic but clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a lockable safe. Decor could do with an update in the corridors. We enjoyed our stay."
