"My husband and I were not impress with the Crown Plaza at all. We stayed in Amman for a couple of day s and was very impressed with the Intercontinental hotel. We were looking for the "wow" affect, cleanliness of the hotel and room, friendliness of the Staff, room service options. Not of these services were satisfactory.
