Cheap ok stay

Basic, but clean affordable hotel close to Petra which was our reason for the visit, reasonable breakfast which was included in the price. However there was no chairs in the room which was quite large neither was there a kettle or fridge, such a pity

Comfortable hotel and good size room in the downtown. Check in was easy and friendly. Outside sitting area is excellent. High pressure water. The room has have a fridge but if you need to use it ask the front desk to plug it . The breakfast has a good variety. Great local restaurants near the hotel

Staff at the property were very kind, went above & beyond for us. From letting us use their personal phones to make calls when our didnt work, to giving us a ride to the store in their personal vehicle to get things without charge. Kindest staff Ive ever encountered at any hotel anywhere!

Helpful friendly staff, other than a slight issue with a slow water faucet in the bathroom. 2 night stay was comfortable enough. Rooms could be slightly bigger for a 4 person room, but we were all fine to be honest.

Good clean hotel, good value, delicious breakfast

Great. Especially at that price point. I know there are more luxurious hotels near Petra, but why bother? It was all I needed. Plus the owner/manager is there to make sure it runs well. I didn't try the restaurant at night, but the breakfast buffet filled me up with plenty of energy for the long hikes ahead.

Ho cancellato la mia prenotazione una settimana prima e l hotel non mi ha rimborsato nulla!!la mia disdetta era dovuta al fatto che avevano cancellato i voli per Amman vista la situazione di emergenza ma,nonostante questo, la struttura si è rifiutata di rimborsarmi. A loro non importa se a 100 km si sta combattendo una guerra. Vergogna!!!!

Très bon rapport qualité prix

L'hotel est propre, bien équipé, le personnel est serviable et à l'écoute. Quant à l'emplacement, il est idéal à mon sens, en plein centre ville où l'on peut se restaurer facilement, le stationnement est facile devant l'hôtel. Certes, il faut prendre sa voiture pour se rendre sur le site de Petra à moins de 2 km, mais le stationnment y est gratuit. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est délicieux.

комфортный отель с бесплатным трансфером до Петры

Очень комфортный отель в Петре. в номере тепло (были в январе), есть горячая вода в душе (судя по отызвам, в Петре это редкость:)). Самое главное и приятное - есть беслпатный трансфер к входу в Петру и обратно в отель. Воспользовались трансфером несколько раз, даже вызывали машину после новной Петры - без проблем приезжает машина в течение 5 минут. за это огромный плюс!

The good: beds, bathroom, and (free) breakfast. The not so good: (i) front desk always offered a reason not to deliver a simple special service (e.g. extra towels, extra room key) before (always) delivering the requested item. (ii) room heaters not up to task in early January. (iii) lost power to many rooms during our second night (we were a large group that booked out the hotel); power restored in about an hour. 5JD taxi fare to Petra entrance (save your walking energy for Petra).

Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo, purtroppo non ci è stata assegnata una camera corrispondente alla prenotazione (tripla con letto aggiunto 2 adulti+2 bambini) e davanti all’evidente errore, alla reception abbiamo incontrato gli unici due addetti scortesi di tutta una vacanza e ci siamo dovuti stringere più che nelle tende nel deserto...peccato.

Für ein kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Da wir im Dezember hier waren jedoch sehr kalt Abend. Es dauerte bis die Multi Funktions Anlage die entsprechende Wärme im Zimmer ausstrahlt. Frühstück war gut. Entfernung zu Petra optimal.

Modern clean hotel in Petra

This hotel is about 2km from the Petra Archaeological site. The hotel has everything you would need after a hard couple of days of walking the dusty streets of the Petra site. We had a car and there were loads of street parking in front of the hotel and at Petra. Check in was quick which was appreciated as we were tired sightseeing after Petra. Hot water pressure was strong and the room and bathrooms were clean. Western and Jordanian breakfasts was provided. English was spoken at the reception. I would stay here again.

False advertisement. We specifically booked this hotel because it claims that there is a "laundry facility'; there were cheaper & better hotels nearby. We were on the last week of a 6-week trip & planned on doing laundry there. When we asked them why they falsely claimed that, their response was a nonchalant 'what's the big dea/.' Also there is NO hotel transportation to Petra (which is about a mile away) as advertised - another false advertisement!
