"Great vies but OVERPRICED for what you get. No sea view, no aircon, nor fan in the room, no robes, and a standard Kings size bed, rooms quite small and the window which you had to keep open, opened onto noisy back street. For the price of £300.00 per night I was expecting a little more luxury, which is certainly not how I would describe this hotel, nor my stay here and the price did not even include breakfast!!! "We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. "First time we stayed in a Shepard hut . Went to Cornwall for some surfing at various beaches . The hut is very close to wadebridge shops and pubs and there’s local supermarkets close as well . It’s very very quiet and private as well , and there’s a log burning hot tub , at the property as well and a couple of sun loungers .there is some cooking equipment if you are prepared to make a meal using 2 hob stove .
