Hotel di Wad Chuo

"The staff have no energy or enthusiasm it’s gloomy"

"フロントのスタッフさん、丁寧、親身な対応をされていた。新しいホテルで設備等、大変満足しました。"

"Without question, this was a five star stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and the property is immaculate. This is my second long stay at the property, and I will definitely be back!"

"Everything was really nice just the shower was kind of broken it would leak water from the side like the head was clogged. But other than that everything was nice. It’s really close to the station too would recommend this APA"

"Overall the stay was great. Good bfast and good location. Walking distance to Shinjuku station "

"It has a train station less than 5 minute walk The desk staff were great. The bed was great .It was a double bed lots of room. The only thing missing was the drip coffee packs for your room.(in the amenities)They served free coffee in the lobby. There is a fridge and kettle in your room which is convenient. We would definitely book again"

"Rooms were clean, hotel was centralized to a lot of travel destinations, check in and out was easy too."

"Very convenient and new hotel "

"I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Tokyo for the first time. It is down such a quiet little street, and less than a 5 minute walk from the neon streets of shinjuku. The hotel felt like a lovely retreat from the stimulation of shinjuku, while being close enough to absolutely everything. Especially the train stations. Staff was wonderfully helpful and really made our stay enjoyable."

"Great location and staff. My room was very very small"

"About 15 min by walking from train station. There are restaurant in the same building of the hotel, so quite convenient"

"The two twin-bed room was small but very clean and comfortable."

"The location is super convenient with two easy subway, Ginza line and Tsukuba line. There are tons of restaurant around and great shopping. A lot of Lawson, Family mart and 7-11. The spa with hot tubs (4 different types) in the basement was such a plus with free ice cream and soba at night. We never tried the soba but I love the ice cream. It is just a bit travel to Shinjuku as it is not on the JR Yamanote Line. Once you get used to it, it was great. We love it so much that we booked another 2...

"Good experience. Caring staff"

"the hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. the cafe is very good! however the beds only had one pillow each (and one small decorative pillow), no trash can in the bathroom, no bathroom amenities like kleenex or washcloths or razors, but most importantly after 3 nights they never changed the sheets on the bedding which was disappointing, since we were there for 4 days. we appreciated a late check out and things like luggage scale. the ambience is very lively and fun. overall...
