"PROS: quiet neighborhood, extremely comfortable bed...can't stress that enough. Good location off the riverfront but five minutes from everything. CONS: the separate shower was not usable. It had a handheld part that pointed straight out into the room, and the stationary head was completely missing/broken off. The shower in with the jet tub is not able to be moved, and there is no shower curtain."

"I enjoyed my stay. I liked that the breakfast was ready and fully stocked the whole breakfast time. I liked that the pool was available and clean. I didn't like that the towels at the pool were so small, as a plus sized girlie it's kind of a bummer but not anything that will make me not come back. I disliked the odor in the hallway that smelled like mildew and feet, it also lingered in the room until I sprayed and disinfected the room. After that the room smelled lovely. "We have stayed here many times, this time was lousy, nobody followed up with towels and trash the first day, that should have been included at the least for the price. The second day a bus of kids landed in the afternoon and the hotel staff was so unorganized that we had to call the local law enforcement to get the knocking on the doors, the basketball playing in the halls, the kids locking each other out to stop at a very late 11:00 pm . "Nice property. Our room was recently renovated (probably the whole hotel?). Room was spotlessly clean, well equipped. Staff was responsive. Breakfast was good (and complimentary!)."

"Check in was a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable for our short stay. Praise to the manager, Justine, for trying to accommodate everyone. She was the only staff member on site. Besides welcoming new guests, she was getting towels for current guests, retrieving used towels etc. We also saw her trying to deal with a broken toilet with no maintenance crew, cleaning and working the channels on the lobby TV. "I have tried to stay at this property when in Paducah the past few years. Formerly Auburn Place. However when I checked in last night after change to Hilton Spark, service was still good, clean, but no more hot breakfast and price increased. I probably will go back to other places. Nothing making this location exceptional."
