"Excellent location for attending events on lower Broadway. Close enough to be able to go to and from the hotel during the day but far enough away so as not to hear the noise and activity in the evening."

"The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. The smell when you walk into those doors just melts all your stress and worries away. I was greeted by Sujan S. at the front desk. "Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options. "This hotel was just fine in many ways for example, it was nice to have a full kitchen and it’s very very spacious and beautifully decorated -/ but I was a little taken back with how off the beaten track it was in Nashville so don’t stay here if you want to be near Broadway or music cities heart. Again in the end it turned out to be fine, but just a little far away."
