"Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

"The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!"

"The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. The smell when you walk into those doors just melts all your stress and worries away. I was greeted by Sujan S. at the front desk.
