"They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."

"We had an overall great stay at this hotel. The customer service was truly excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. The building uses a solar water heating system instead of gas, and unfortunately there was no hot water for one full day.
