"Room was quaint and cozy, definitely appreciated the kitchenette setup which made it felt homey. No staff on site but they were super responsive and reliable on WhatsApp. Location is super accessible since it's right outside the Metro station and in between Centro and Lastarria."

"If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...

"Helpful staff, they stored our luggage after checkout until we went to the airport and arranged our ride there. Room clean and comfortable, the real gem of the place is its hidden garden and patios complete with a swimming pool. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel."

"We loved our stay - the room was spacious and spotless. We were really surprised when we found fresh towels and beds made after we went to explore the city. The hotel has may places to chill or mingle with others, magazines, books and may art pieces on display. There is a bar onsite that offers some drinks/cocktails as well as a small food menu. We regretted not being able to stay longer. "
