This is a great affordable Ibis, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted, we enjoyed the beach, breakfast was great and they had everything we needed. We spent just one night but I definately would stay longer if needed.

Very noisy property, even during the night. If you enjoy taking some rest during the afternoon be prepared for conversations in the hallway (by staff) and loud smartphone notification sounds.

We had a great time. our one and only problem was we only were provided towels for Showering, but not for washing our face. It's possible it was just missed by the cleaning staff. On a positive, the staff was also super helpful and we would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Restaurant is Terrible

At the restaurant in the lobby of the hotel, I asked for more salad dressing for my salad and the waitress did not want to provide. First she stated that this was the standard amount of salad dressing put on salads and when I gave her push back, she went to the kitchen area only to return without salad dressing stating she was waiting on the cook to provide. 5 minutes passed and I still didn't have salad dressing so I complained again. She then went to the kitchen area and when she returned, she had half a teaspoon of salad dressing. Unbelievable! Customer service in the dining area is severaly lacking. If they're that skimpy on salad dressing, imagine what else they lack.

Quarto bom, porem nao condiz com as fotos do site. As instalacoes do quarto sao limpas e tem bom espaço. Banheiro muito limpo tambem. Cafe da manha nao estava incluso na diária e so descobrimos posteriormente. Devido ao custo elevado em funçao donque oferecia, optamos por tomar cafe numa padaria ao lado. Atendimento excelente.

Ao chegar no hotel (para conhecer e me certificar de que faria a reserva) fui muito bem recebida pelo no profissional Sérgio a qual esclareceu minhas dúvidas, se disponibilizou caso precisasse e ainda me auxiliou quando fiz as reservas ao Ibis errado (o que não era perto da praia). Por conta do acolhimento, localização, rearfimei e fiz as reservas. Estadia ótima, conforto, limpeza, localização ótima com restaurantes, farmácia, praia perto, além de bicicleta e ciclovia. Agradeço a disponibilidade e profissionalismo do Sérgio em acolher.
