"It's a great hotel, we had the senior apartment and was so lovely to stay in, with terrace. Food wise was good, but vegans/vegetarians need to check that the food has no meat or fish broth in it. Bosnia doesn't really understand non meat eaters yet but I hope that will be catered for better in the future. Good breakfast buffet and will be returning next year."

I browsed through many hotels & made the perfect decision to stay in Hotel Old Town Strategic location, very close to main attractions and public transports, in the heart of Sarajevo Old Town - can easily find places to eat and shop. Very very friendly and helpful staffs who'd make you feel welcomed instantaneously. Neat tidy & spacious room. Breakfast is included - gives you a taste of Bosnian morning delicacies. "Beautiful hotel in a great location, right on the River Miljacka and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling. The staff were genuinely lovely: attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations throughout our stay, and their warm attitude made a real difference.
