"We absolutely loved the pillow service. So cool to get the pillows of your choice to help you sleep. Very convenient to walking to the Riva. Be sure to partake of the breakfast, it was excellent as well."

"The ceiling on master bed was leaking sewage water on the 2nd day. The staff couldn’t do anything but giving us another spare room. However that room was having obnoxious smell. The staff confirmed the smell was from the sewage drain. Overall it’s a bad experience, but staff was friendly even though ..."
