A Wonderfully Satisfied Customer
All was mighty fine for me. The bed was very cozy and comfortable allowing me to receive a full amount of precious rest and sleep. The hotel staff is quite pleasant and absolutely professional. The room was nice and tidy. In the future should my business once again takes me to Vizag City then you can bet your last rupee that the Green Park Hotel will be the first hotel for me to reserve a room. Also my meals were delicious and marvelously tasty.

Lost an expensive saree n 3rd guest ignored
We stayed at greenpark for 4 nights (feb 9 - feb 13th, 2020) with my mom n my sis. I booked the room for 3 guests, but every day they provided amenities for only 2 people. When asked for a third bed, all I got was a twin mattress on the floor . I have stayed in multiple hotels both 3 star to 5 star but was always provided with a cot and a mattress for the third guest without even placing a request.
Next thing, we lost a pattu silk saree in the room. Usually we don’t leave anything outside in the room. That day, since we were attending a wedding and left the room in a rush with the saree outside. When we came back, we realized the saree was missing immediately. We were exhausted and thought that we should check the bags thoroughly before we report. Next day morning before the checkout, informed the receptionist and the duty manager about our missing saree. They felt bad for us for couple of minutes, checked with their laundry staff and said they couldn’t find it. THAT IS ALL! I contacted multiple times but no response. No escalation or further probe by their team or follow-up back with us about how they could help us in this situation. Basically they didn’t want to take responsibility that an item was lost in their hotel (may be reputation or ego problem). Their confidence that the money was already paid and that it doesn’t matter how they treat the guests is pathetic. Don’t get fooled by the pictures, the service is horrible. Be aware and have a better stay at other hotel.

At the heart of the city
This was my second visit to the hotel and I was pleased with my experience. I had to check out early so they packed my breakfast. That was a really nice touch. The housekeeping staffs were very nice. Gym was well equipped. Happy with my stay

Good for business use, Not good for leisure trips
The hotel is good probably for business travelers as it has good road connections and public transport. around 2 km from beach so difficult to take a walk. The pool is below average, as it face toward the local residency and party hall. Don't expect much from window view, as you will find local houses or play ground where people peeing in open.
Staff is helpful and supportive. The breakfast is also good.

The hotel was good and the staff very helpful
I booked the hotel with Expedia and it offered halfboard and free airport transfer which was not available. I arrived in India with no cash so called the hotel for a collection, which arrived after 1 hour despite them saying they do not offer free transfer. On arrival they said my stay was bed and breakfast only so they said I should contact Expedia, which I did. Two days later I was moved from a twin to a double room as booked and meals would be complimentary. The transfer to the hotel would also be free. On check out I was charged for the first cab and meal that I had already taken and would be free. The staff were very nice but could not deal with this until the manager arrived, who resolved it immediately. I must say they treated me really well and looked after me for the week I was there. The confusion was between my voucher and the voucher to the hotel which were clearly different and no fault of the hotel.

We came as both turists and business travellers
Our trip to India was the first for all members of the family, and we came to Zizag to learn of the city and the area, before deciding to engage further.
The stay at Greenpark was one of the best ever, and we highly reccomend it to both turist and professionals.

Had bedbugs. Told the service they changed a new bed again had bedbugs. We booked for 7 nights but left on the 6th night itself. They said cant refund due to online booking. Overall bad service.

satisfying and peaceful stay
our stay was enjoyable. the staff were very pleasant. the travel desk made good arrangement for our sightseeing visits.however it would have been good if the drivers could speak little hindi. i missed on understanding many things enroute to my visits to simmachalam,Annavaram etc. normally i keep conversing with the drivers on such occassion to understand local history ,importance,culture etc. but this time i missed it.

Sad, but true.
There are too mamy issues to list on this review. But i believe i can sum up by stating that attention to detail and customer focus is lacking. This can only reflect the culture instilled by higher level management. Over the previous 15 years I've stayed here during 4 trips and always enjoyed the stay. Regretfully, this will be the last, barring an unprecedented turn around of services. Best wishes Green Park staff...
