"We were most impressed about the outstanding friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Felt like in a Japanese Ryokan where the guest is king. One hick-up with the restaurant at the first night, which was charmingly fixed by the management."

"Beautiful property is not the best part of town. We never left the hotel. The main restaurant was in renovations so we had to go to the other one. The food was excellent but we sat at our table for 30minutes before we were noticed and it was not that busy. Hotel service and turn down service was fist class"
