My only disappointment this last visit is that I asked for a room with a view. Since it's summer and I was on a lower floor, the only "view" was of the trees across the street. If a great view is important to you, perhaps make the reservations in person, not online. "

I felt bad for the poor girl at the front desk because the woman ahead of us in line was screaming at her for not giving her a free upgrade. This employee remained composed and professional, and when it was our turn, she smiled the whole interaction never happened. I highly commend her for her composure and feel bad that she was spoken to that way."
