"This property is a dream. Our room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the little kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. "Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home."

"Villas del Vigía had the most amazing view I have come across! Unfortunately, all three beds that were included in the villa were extremely hard, almost rock hard. I mentioned to the person in charge that my mom, who was staying with me, could no longer put up with her back pain and if there was anything they could do (like switch the mattress for example) The reply was “we will see what we can do” and never hear back on that topic again, and a week later we checked out. "No nos dejaron ingresar hasta despues de las 3 pm, ni siquiera a la alberca, cuando llegamos a las 2:30 se fue la luz y no me dieron mi habitación por ese motivo solo un "hasta que llegue te entrego" estuvimos 7 hrs sin luz y sin agua en todo el Hotel y por lo tanto sin que me entregaran habitación. Entiendo que el problema de la luz es algo extraordinario, pero se noto que no tienen un plan de contingencia vs esos detalles y que su personal no esta capacitado ni tiene empatia con el cliente...
