"Check in wasn't until 4:00pm, we got there 3:00pm person at the front desk upgraded us with a suite room. My wife and I really enjoyed the concert that we went to and the facilities as well."

"Room was nice, had a great view bed was comfortable etc. probably won’t be back due to the cigarette smoke in the casino. I know it’s part of it but it made my wife and I have some pretty bad sinus issues. Just my honest thoughts, nothing personal. "

"Was not bad. Good location right off I10. Close to Lake Charleo casinos, and Delta Downs. I went for Mens NCAA Tournament betting, so location was good. Vinton small town, so not a lot of good eating around besides casinos. The hotel was clean and had breakfast could have had more options. Staff was friendly as well. "

"Disappointing stay – major cleanliness and noise issues I stayed here last Saturday night and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. There were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable: Cleanliness: We found a cockroach by the coffeemaker, and the carpet throughout the room was visibly dirty. Noise: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Service: The staff member serving breakfast was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of hygiene and poor service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning."
