The staff charged us again by default even though the room was already prepaid. Trying to clarify the situation became a mess. Eventually, we spoke to someone else—possibly the manager—who issued a refund, but the time wasted and unnecessary stress remained.

Staff was courteous at check-in and room was large BUT when we opened the door to the room it smelled like a wet dog had been in there. I went to front desk and asked if they had any air freshener I could use because of the smell. He handed me the spray and said for me to make sure the air was on auto. I sprayed the room down, but it was awful. The bathroom fan didn't work and the sink didn't have any hot water. I didn't request a new room nor was I offered one.
