"Beds were comfortable and room spacious. Three of us booked a room and there was only one coffee cup, one sugar, one coffee puck. We asked for more coffee and the front desk person told us that a women comes at 6am to replenish. We finally asked the same person who came to give us new towels for coffee supplies and he obliged. Get somebody at the front desk who wants to be there and is an engaged employee.
There was no basic housekeeping..empty garbage, replace towels."

"The hotel itself was beautiful the only complaint was the air conditioners were horrible. Our first room the air conditioner didn't work at all and it was soo hot and humid out that week. So they moved us down to a dungeon like basement room in the hotel and the air conditioner still didn't work. So we decided to leave and get another hotel"
