"Ricardo, front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent. Maintenance was prompt but door handle on bathroom kept breaking off. One person was stuck in bathroom for a bit!"

"The room was extremely clean and unbelievably roomy. Kitchen was equipped with any and all supplies. Staff was exceptionally friendly and understanding of any issues or needs, for me especially the valet attendant. Everything you would need in order to give a place/hotel an excellent rating, this place had it. Wife and I were very pleased and impressed. Well done!"

"Hotel Chrome is well located on Old Montreal centre which is a few blocks away from Jazz Festival. The room was spacious and my husband enjoyed watching FIFA games on TV in the room. However the exterior construction was taking place and there wasn’t a parking lot right at hotel. The parking lot is 2 blocks away. Also, there is no loading deck. Parking at street unload your luggage was a bit difficult."

"We stayed in a suite and the extra space, plus laundry, was appreciated. Unfortunately there were some rough guests who where screaming through the night (many nights). I believe another guest finally called the police and it was quiet again. We also had trouble with our AC unit. It kept giving us an E9 error code. The breakfast was expensive, so we didnt try, we went out instead."
