Reception incompetenti e poco accoglienti non vengono incontro al cliente ed aperta solo dalle 9 alle 20 poi spariscono, e se vuoi mangare devi prendere la macchina e andare a Villasimius perché non c è il ristorante , su internet c è scritto che esiste un resort ma non è vero c è solo il residence vacanza molto deludente ,struttura da cancellare gestita molto male. in passato prenotato con expedia e il risultato totalmente diverso

Per necessità di sintesi, schematizzo pregi e difetti: Pregi: Posizione eccezionale, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Campulongu e 5 minuti di auto dalle spiagge più belle. Piscina bella e aperta anche di notte. Gentilezza dei ragazzi al bar. Difetti: Pulizia della camera assolutamente inaccettabile, con stanza mal pulita e piena di formiche. Questo basta per non farmi tornare. Casette che non affacciano sulla piscina troppo brutte come posizione rispetto a quelle che affacciano sulla piscina. Colazione a 12€/persona scadente a dir poco, con prodotti confezionati da discount. Posto tranquillo e silenziosissimo di giorno e notte, ergo la sera bisogna uscire altrimenti è un mortorio. Reception poco presente, aperta solo dalle 9.00 alle 19.00. Voto 6--

Lejligheden lå på bagsiden af poolen. Max i “restauranten var ikke særlig god. Det var frysepizzaer som blev serveret. Havde forventet en rigtig pizza - vi er trods alt i Italien.

Die Gartenähnliche Anlage ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer mit Kochnische war sehr abgewohnt. Die Dusche im Badezimmer schmutzig, verfärbt und sehr unansehlich Wasserschaden an den Wänden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, das Bett für 2 Personen war nur 140 breit und für zwei große Personen viel zu klein. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Sogar das Toilettenpapier mussten wir bei der Rezeption anfordern. Es war sehr laut und man hört wirklich jedes Wort, Toilettenspülung, TV oder sonstige Geräusche der Nachbarn - Intimsphäre null! Der TV hat bei uns nicht funktioniert und WLAN gibt es nur am Pool oder Bar.

Ottimo residence

Bellissimo residence vicino ad una delle spiagge più belle di Villasimius. Monolocale piccolo ma confortevole , cucina completa bagno ampio, con alcune crepe e maniglie arrugginite da sistemare. Piscina molto bella e zona bar molto confortevole . Comodo anche il parcheggio della struttura.

Esperienza nel complesso negativa nonostante, colazione non inclusa nel prezzo ma con un sovraccosto di 10 euro a persona si può usufruire di una colazione a buffet deludente per la poca varietà di prodotti, pulizia della camera non compresa nel costo del soggiorno, complimenti al personale gentilissimo e per la location bellissima ma gestita male.

Luogo carino un po trascurato , personale un po menefreghista perché permettevano gli ospiti di giocare a palla dentro e fuori dalla piscina disturbando gli altri , anzi in più di un occasione la palla è arrivata quasi addosso a chi prendeva il sole nella sdraia , la bagnina pur essendo presente nn è intervenuta , tantomeno il personale addetto all accoglienza , anche se è permesso tenere i cani non mi sembra giusto che questi entrino in piscina o che non vengano legati o tenuti vicino ai padroni e che gli venga permesso di gironzolare intorno alla piscina disturbando gli ospiti. IL mio consiglio è di non permettere di utilizzare alcuna palla e di avere delle accortezze per chi porta i cani.

Bella struttura con una piscina molto carina a circa 2 km dal centro di Villasimius, a breve distanza dalle spiagge di Campulongu e del Riso. Ambiente tranquillo ideale per famiglie e coppie. Ci siamo trovati bene, unica pecca ci è stato detto che avevamo la formula resort che non comprendeva né la colazione né la pulizia della camera. Le stesse ci sono state offerte ad un costo secondo noi eccessivo e quindi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Esperienza comunque positiva

Très bel établissement mais qui nécessite un petit rafraîchissement au niveau des lattes autour de la piscine et des salles de bains. Sinon personnel très à l'écoute et super sympathique. Je recommande ce resort les yeux fermés. A savoir que nous étions 6 dont 2 enfants de 6 et 8 ans ansi qu'un bébé de 6 mois.

Wij hadden een 6 persoonkamer op 1e verdieping met uitzicht op zwembad. Erg groot balkon. Perfect. Maar indien we aan de drukke straatkant hadden gezeten was het toch wel anders geweest. Verder erg gemoedelijke accomodatie. Heerlijk relax.

Struttura potenzialmente da top, ma in evidente stato di scarsa manutenzione. Non voglio entrare nel merito delle facciate esterne delle varie stanze dove predominano tracce di umidità e muri scrostati, ma ciò che ci ha deluso è stato in stanza con ragnatele nei vari angoli della casa e degli infissi interni ed esterni e sopratutto il doverci imbattere in formicai nelle prese di corrente e formiche con le ali a girovagare per la stanza, combattuto questo nemmeno dai manutentori della struttura, ma direttamente da noi con un vape spray da loro fornito dopo la nostra segnalazione. Deludente anche la proposta del bar presente dove già alle 9 del mattino la proposta si ferma ad un krapfen alla crema o un croissant vuoto. Il prezzo è stato sicuramente molto basso per la media della zona, ma la proposta è stata altrettanto bassa. Se non si hanno troppe pretese e non si è attenti a certe cose, e magari si cerca solo una bella piscina per i bambini e un po’ di relax può andar bene. Peccato perché la struttura ha un potenziale notevole

Bon séjour

Bon hôtel et bon séjour. Nous y avons séjourné 12 nuits. La réceptionniste a été très sympathique en nous changeant de chambre car la première attribuée n'était pas terrible : problème d'insonorisation (simple porte communiquant avec l'appartement voisin) et proximité des voisins sur la terrasse (pas de brise vue). Heureusement que nous étions en fin de saison et qu'il y avait de la disponibilité car je pense que nous n'aurions pas apprécié le séjour dans le 1er logement. Les prix du bar sont assez élevés par rapport à ceux pratiqués dans Villasimius même, c'est dommage. Possibilité de dîner à l'hôtel pour un prix correct. Le logement était propre, la déco soignée. L'hôtel est bien placé et le parking est bien.

Quando siamo arrivati l’appartamento aveva un odore pessimo di umidità ; un po’ delusi dalla posizione sul retro troppo poco riservata(bastava un divisore in legno tra un appartamento e l’altro). Camere adiacenti poco insonorizzate. Noi sentivamo i nostri vicini come se abitassimo nella stessa stanza. Però , rispetto a zona piscina piacevolmente silenzioso. Nel complesso abbiamo passato 4 giorni piacevoli
