Pésima atención

No hagan reservaciones desde aquí, según ellos no trabajan con esta empresa, solo con Expedia. En primera no tiene fachada de hotel, querían que dejáramos el auto afuera porque ya no tenían espacio en el estacionamiento. Pésima atención por parte del qué atiende, actitud horrible, enojado y nada servicial, con decir que no nos quiso dar jabón y shampoo. No se confíen del precio, más vale pagar más por algo mejor. NO RECOMENDADO

Perdí media hora llamando para ser atendido para realizar check in a las 22:30 nunca atendieron ni teléfono ni timbre, no hay estacionamiento tampoco, es muy desagradable llegar cansado de viaje y tener que buscar otra estancia de última a hora. Si vienes de paso y llegas de noche, no es una opción, suerte

Bon rapport qualité-prix! Simple et bien situé...

Hotel bien situé, station d'autobus à 5 minutes à pied, petits restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché sur l'avenue Mina. Le centre-ville est à 10-15 minutes à pied, pas nécessaire de prendre un taxi... Si on doit prendre un taxi, il est facile d'en attraper un sur l'avenue Mina aussi. Quant à l'hotel, relativement propre et agréable, l'isolation entre les chambre n'est pas top (prévoir boule quiez si voisin ronfleur, j'ai eu) mais sinon on y est bien. La climatisation marche bien, rideaux occultant et moustiquaire aux fenêtres. Le frigo bruyant et un peu sale... Par contre, sympathique intérieur, cosy et agréable. Il y a une terrasse accessible sur le toit avec vue sur le quartier plutôt calme, et la Cathédrale. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute. J'ai pu faire mon check-in à 23h sans problème. Ils font les chambre chaque jour si besoin... Il semble possible de parquer dans la rue, il y a aussi un parking fermé attenant, pas sûr comment ça fonctionne je n'avais pas de voiture. Dans l'ensemble, je le recommanderais. Les hôtels du centre-ville sont plus cher, et pour avoir mangé dans l'un le personnel est probablement moins agréable, et l'atmosphère plus bruyante. Parti pour 4 jours, j'y suis resté finalement plus longtemps.
