"Großes Zimmer, sauber außer dem Fahrstuhl, Frühstück gut, schnelles WIFI, Zimmerreinigung am ersten Tag um 7:30 Uhr, dass war für ins zu früh, am dritten Tag brauchten wir keine Reinigung mehr, Toilettenpapier gab es an der Rezeption. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt."

Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...

"Very polite staff and the room was very spacious. Only thing that needed attention was the exhaust fan in bathroom… very dusty (room 105). "

"Not enough parking space took almost 2hrs to check in and air in the room was as loud as freight train side doors wouldn’t work with room card sheet rock in room was scratched up the xtra chair in room was stained and cut up refrigerator didn’t keep any thing cold and caulking around tub was missing "

I got in a little early and they didn’t give me a hard time and found a room that was ready early. That is so appreciated when you had to catch 2 flights to get there.
