"Bed Sheets stained with blood, room moved to had hairball in shower, coffee pot did not work, room not cleaned after first night, lack of communication from upper management, sliding glass door misrepresents you can have it open to hear ocean...I could go on but...."

"The decor and vibe were spot on. The location is convenient and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed restaurant and coffees shop daily- don’t miss on the poke and macadamia nut matcha! The pool was outstanding. Staff were friendly and welcoming."

"Area is convenient and it also had Davy’s Bar in the lobby for a quick affordable drink. Room service can be better since we found old clothes in the cabinet and sheets weren’t changed. Overall would definitely come back and stay here again."

"Staff was great, located perfectly for everything. Don't plan on the small Cafe inside the hotel, they are run down and dirty. 😞 I really wanted to love them... Will go again!"

"Hotel is ok. Good location. Breakfast is terrible. Literally a sandwich for $20 (credit if you book the room with breakfast included). No vegetarian options. They dont tell you abou the $40 daily resort fee on top of the room charge. The resort fee is paid at check out. Parking is $58 per day with only valet option. Pool is tiny - kids size only."

"Nice location. Only problem was we were on a floor with a lot of pet friendly rooms and dogs would bark early morning or late evening. This is not a hotel fault but pet owners. Only wish they would have let me know."

"This was a terrible experience. After a long day at the beach, me and my 11 year old daughter were in bed falling asleep when we felt stuff crawling on us. We realized there were soooo many BED BUGS on the bed. I was bit a couple of times, and had marking to show for it. I went downstairs and showed the staff, they did move me to a different room where I did not see bed bugs anymore but the mini fridge wasn’t working properly and the door needed to be slammed to close correctly. "Rooms where clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels and toiletries for our one week stay. Room we had had all the cooking supplies we needed ie pan, pots, toaster ect which saved us big time on food. Local target and ABC stores nearby. Check in was easy, just went up to the security to get our key after hours then the following morning when the main office was open we exchanged our keys.
