"Love this hotel! Have stayed here a few times now. The king rooms are very spacious and the staff is exceptional, especially Carrie! Thanks for always taking exceptional care of me."

"The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, including Whole Foods. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything we needed was close by, making our stay very convenient. We'd definitely stay here again."

"1st you smelled, was moved to another room. Bathroom was horrible. Tile in the shower had mold on the grout, and all over the bottom of the shower curtain. Toilet seat slid all over. Bathroon door hinges were rusted. Had them chamge out the waffle mix two days in a row. Was told the milky substance that came out was because it was cold from the fridge overnight. Totally dissatisfied with this property. Was charged $30. for a late checkout because i booked through a 3rd party. Had you booked...

"20 dollars for parking not mentioned. Breakfast is 20 dollars. Snacks were 7 dollars for a snickers bar. Everything else was nice. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I was just caught off guard by prices that I can pay but won’t because of the principal like the snacks lol. I’m not paying 8.00 for 1.00 size bag of chips."

"Everything smelled wet and moist. The hallways were warm and it was hard to open the door because the carpet installed was swelling or something so had to drag the door over that carpet. The hosts we initially spoke with were very pleasant though. For the money I would advise going somewhere else."

"The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work…dirty towels were left in room after cleaning. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Location was very convenient to several malls & restaurants."
