"We have stayed here before. Affordable and everything is clean. However, they do not clean the rooms. We just kept asking them for towels, etc. The bathroom smelled like pee. Not sure why. No fan in the bathroom. The pillow/pillows smelled a bit. I asked for new pillow covers. They may have been new clean pillow cases, but if the pillows smelled under the covers, they do not smell clean. The rooms are great to include a stove, refrigerator, microwave. Breakfasts are amazing and free! There is an indoor pool. It is located in beautiful Ballantyne. Many places to eat, shop etc. Located close for us to visit our son. I am sure we will be there again."

"It was almost laughable how run down this hotel was. I paid for a premium room and there was a hole in the sheet rock on the ceiling (the size of a basketball. The curtains had tiny holes in it like it had been shot with a shot gun. The office smells rancid like something died. The hallway smells deeply of wet dog. The room smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. I prepaid for the room and checked in after ten so I stayed but I had to run to the store to get disinfectant, fabric freshener and air freshener. It helped for about an hour. Not to mention the parking lots are not well lit. The bathroom light did not work. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they stated they do not have on site maintenance. The room was so dirty I was scared to take off my shoes. The bed had hair in it like the sheets had never been changed. There was a shirtless guy passed out in the hallway with a forty in his hand. Most ratchet experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was shocked we survived the night. I will never stay at a motel 6 again!"
