"From start to the finish the staff and accomodations are top notch. This is a family owned establishment and they take pride in everything from cleanliness to the food. Directions were clear and we were greeted at the door with our luggage being taken straight to our room. Ambra explained where everything was and how to access the building. She also gave recommendations for dinner. We had a spectacular view of the port and waterfront. Don't forget to have a pistachio bar for breakfast. They're homemade! We would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as expected, and I had a very relaxing experience. The staff were fantasticโfriendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made the stay even better. "The hotel is very well located on the main road directly across from the boardwalk along the water. You can walk to the train station, many restaurants and the grocery store. There is no 'free' water station in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff at check in spoke perfect English and were very professional and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in so they held our luggage in a locked room. We booked 2 sea view rooms; they were clean and spacious. The hotel itself could so with some general maintenance to fix wear to walls and doors etc. We had large balconies facing the sea side however, the patio furniture was not in good shape and didn't leave you wanting to enjoy the space outside. The AC worked well. There were large closets with lots of space. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices including pastries, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. We stayed pre-cruise for 2 nights. They can organize paid shuttles to the cruise terminal for you. We walked to the Largo Della Pacce main cruise shuttle hub and boarded the free Princess shuttle to the terminal from there. All in all, good value for money at a well located hotel with kind and helpful staff."
