"The breakfasts are anazing, the room is nice, but a weird shape. The view is great, especially at the sunny and a bit if clouds weather. The heating is AC, so it takes time to warm up te room, the water takes quite some time to heat (3-5 min of cold water before hot water arrives). The bad is a nice size, nut for my 1.9 meters it was barely enough if I use a small pillow. So beds must be 1.9-2m, yake it into account. Atllthough, it is wide wnough to fit me diagonally + my loved one."

"The staff was remarkable. We left some clothes behind in the hotel when we left and received an email informing us of this about 2 hours after leaving. By that time we were in Stresa and could not return to pick up the clothes until 2 days later."

"Breakfast Menu could be a lot better, as there was no choice for a Hot Breakfast, other than very runny scrambled eggs, which were un-eatable, so in the end I had to go out to a Restaurant for Breakfast. Also very disappointing that the Hotel did not have Tea and Coffee facilities in the room. The Hotel itself was lovely and The Lake View from our Rooms, was absolutely Stunning. Stresa and the surrounding Areas were very Beautiful and we will be returning again."

"Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention."

"Come here if you'd like to find out what great Italian home cooking tastes like. We had two diners here, and regret we didn't have more. The minestrone soup, lasagna and aubergine Parm are so fresh and refreshing, even though I'm used to the great Italian restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's nice to have a comforting dinner overlooking the lake, after a day of sight seeing, and finishing with home made apple cake and ice cream or rum with chocolate."

Bellissima la fontana esterna e il lungo corridoio che collega l'hotel Dino al Simplion (una galleria d'arte) . La 2 piscine sono molto belle e pulite e dotate di spogliatoi forniti. La spiaggia riservata con la struttura portante è magnifica. Vi sono moltissime sale conferenze. Il personale è accogliente , gentile e molto professionale. Raccomando la qualità del caffè...

La nostra junior suite al 5° piano, altrettanto bella, più piccola ma con 2 terrazzi di cui uno vista laterale lago. Sala colazione con una vista incredibile. Unica pecca ( parere soggettivo) che nella junior suite al 5° piano era presente una vasca con doccino e soffione, ma senza tenda e/o parete di vetro, quindi personalmente un po scomoda. "Nice Hotel & helpful staff. Included breakfast was nice with breads, yogurt, fresh fruits, cold cereal , cold cuts etc. Pool is very small. Good location & rooms w/balcony have nice view of the lake or there is a seating area on roof as well"
