"What an absolute nightmare dealing with the owner of this hotel. In all my years coming to Italy, I have never experienced anything like this hotel and this level of customer service. The room was 25 C and she insisted that it was working, whilst sweating with our two daughter who are the age of 6 & 8. We did not stay at this hotel.
