"We got a spacious family room in the first floor with natural light and views of the mountain across the valley. Unfortunately, it was not sound proof and one could hear music from the hotel bar until around midnight. Good breakfast w several options. We enjoyed the proximity to the slopes, the indoor pool and the bowling alley. Dinner at the hotel was good, specially the service. "

. Staff needs more training they obviously did not have much experience or training in informing customers. On several occasions their lack of information made the stay cumbersome. Usually hotel and restaurant staff takes their time with the customers to make the stay as good as possible. These did not. They were however friendly when asked. Also, scary ice just outside the entrance door. "
